My mother tells me that I have been a clown, all of my life. That’s more than 40 years of clowning. My wife and three children have had the unique opportunity of being my practice audience for more than 20 years. You can contact me thru Balloon Crew at 703-912-4710 Clown Work Experience My first paid appearance as a clown was at a ‘Grand Opening’ of a Toy Store in Plano Texas, during August of 1982. There have been more than 3000 appearances since then. In the last year, I have appeared at the following events: 15 Birthday Parties located in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC, 34 “Grand Openings/Celebrations” of stores in Maryland and Virginia. 17 Company or Church Picnics in Virginia and Maryland. 11 Festivals and Parades in Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC, Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania, 74 Pre-School Appearances
Education My first clown class was a 12 week long (just 1 two hour class a week) class, at a nearby magic store, in July of 1982. Since then, there have been many more clown classes. It is my goal, each year to attend at least one clown school and two to three conventions or workshops. This is being done to expose me to new ideas and techniques on a continuous basis. In the last year, I have attended the following classes: Circus Magic Three days of clown classes and competitions Advanced Clown College Two days of clown classes Kapitals Klowns Workshop One day of clown classes
