Warranty and Disclaimer
Well, we all know that we live in a very litigious society
these days. But folks, its just common sense to be careful. We
want you to use your own judgment, but please read these basic
rules for hygiene and safety, these are things that you would do
normally anyway. For your information and safety, a copy of these
tips must be read and reviewed by you before your skin is painted.
Safety Tips
Our professional paint carries a "child safety rating" and the
safety information is below. It is DaMISSUS's policy NOT to paint
children under two years of age and clients of any age with skin
disorders or infections such as cold sores.
It is understood that this paint and products are not to be
ingested orally (placed into the mouth) or to be placed close to
eyes (rubbed into)
Removal of Paint:
Removal of water based face paint is done best with warm water,
cold cream or soap and a thick towel. Should any paint get on
clothes, its best to soak clothing overnight in water before a
normal washing.
For very sensitive skin do not let paint remain on face longer
than four hours. We never endorse paint being left on face
overnight.
If an unforeseen skin reaction occurs, I agree seek medical
attention immediately if needed. The use of our services and
products constitutes acceptance of the terms below:

HARMLESS" THE SELLER VonClowns, FOR ANY MEDICAL OR LEGAL PROBLEMS
ARISING FROM MY CONSENT TO WILLFULLY USE THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
OF FACE PAINTING AND/OR BODY ART.
FURTHER, I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE ABOVE RULES FOR HYGIENE
AND SAFETY AS IT APPLIES TO THE SAFE APPLICATION AND THE `REMOVAL
OF THE PRODUCTS APPLIED TO MY SKIN.
I UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES; EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
AS TO THESE GOODS OR SERVICES INCLUDING ANY PHYSICAL REACTIONS
THAT MAY OCCUR OR MEDICAL TREATMENTS THAT MAY BE NEEDED.
THIS SALE IS FINAL.
I THE CONSUMER ALSO KNOWN AS THE BUYER HAVE HAD ADEQUATE
OPPORTUNITY TO READ AND UNDERSTAND THE RULES POSTED ON PAGE ONE OF
THIS FORM.
